Frequently asked questions
Is pricing per seat or per workspace?
Per workspace. We deliberately chose flat-fee pricing to remove friction for org-wide adoption. Invite your whole team, it's the same price.
What is an MCP server?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard used by AI clients like Claude, Cursor, and others to fetch context. Your Koinoflow workspace comes with an MCP server that exposes your processes to any compatible AI client. No integration work required.
How long does setup take?
Your MCP server is running in under 30 minutes. You'll create your workspace, connect your first OAuth login, create a process, and paste the MCP config into your AI client. That's it.
What is a "staleness alert"?
A background job checks processes against configurable rules (for example, "not reviewed in 90 days" or "called 500+ times but not updated in 60 days") and notifies the process owner. Included in all plans.
What is Capture and when will it be available?
Capture is our upcoming document discovery layer. It will connect to Confluence, Notion, and Google Drive to surface process candidates from your existing documentation. Capture is currently in early preview. Request early access via our contact page to get a private demo. When it launches, each plan will include a daily page limit: Starter gets 10, Growth gets 50, and Enterprise is unlimited.
What's the difference between Starter and Growth?
Both plans include the full platform: MCP server, analytics, staleness alerts, and version history. Growth gives you more teams (10 vs 5), more users (100 vs 25), and a higher Capture page limit (50/day vs 10/day).
